Automatically Collected Data - The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation and only for the duration of the connection, certain data that are implicitly transmitted when using Internet communication protocols. Data Retention Period
The collected data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("principle of storage limitation," Art. 5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines established by legal regulations. When processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. Additionally, the Data Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon the expiration of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
